Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the Performance Work Statement. Solicitation Number MDA250-02-Q-0005 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, offers are being requested and a written copy of the solicitation is available by contacting Shirlee Harrison phone 303-676-5248, fax 303-676-8042, and email shirlee.harrison@dfas.com. Only written requests for complete solicitation package will be accepted. Requests must include the following: 1)complete solicitation number and project title, 2) name, address, phone and fax numbers, email address of person submitting the request, 3) complete company name, 4) Dun and Bradstreet number, 5) TIN number, 6) Cage code. All prospective Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration by the solicitation due date in order to be considered for award. Registration may be obtained at the following web site: www.ccr.dlis@dla.mil . This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract; Small Business Set-Aside. DESCRIPTION of work: Maintenance of Chiller Units. The work includes providing all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, material and other items and services necessary to service, maintain, and repair chilled water plant system including 1) two (2) 750 ton chillers 2) 70 ton reciprocating chiller, 3) three primary chilled water pumps. NAICS code is:81131. The related small business size standard is $5.0 million. Site visit will be scheduled, Performance period consists of one (1) base year, October 1 2002 to September 30 2003, and four (4) option years.
