- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 1650-00-472-2680, YPG02035001252, Heat Exchanger, Oil, in accordance with McDonnell Douglas Corp., Cage: 76301, P/N 32-69018-13. Requirement is a Firm Fixed Price contract with a 100% quantity option. The solicitation issue date is 24 April 2002 and the solicitation closing date is 24 May 2002. FOB: Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. QAP 007 applies. Pricing will be based on the base and option quantity of 20 each. First Article Government Testing is required. This requirement is a Critical Application Item. DSCR intends to award as a firm-fixed price type contract. This solicitation was issued on an restricted basis. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does not have an approved Technical data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
