- Description
- Provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to provide ambulance services to transport VA beneficiaries for the VA Hudson Valley Health Care System, Castle Point Campus located in Dutchess County, NY. Services will be required 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Clinics are located in Dutchess, Orange and Sullivan Counties, NY. ALS (Advance Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) ambulance services are required. Contract will be for the period of 1 base year plus four 1-year options. Solicitation documents will be available in electronic form. NAICS code is 621910. Small business size is $6 million. All interested, responsible vendors may submit an offer. This solicitation is being issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 15.3. Instructions for submitting offers are contained in the solicitation, which will be available on April 23, 2002. Numbered Note 25 applies.
