- NA Indefinite Delivery contract for Multi-Disciplinary A-E services for the Idaho National Guard. The total fee for this contract may not exceed $2,000,000 per year with individual delivery orders not to exceed $550,000. Performance period is one (base) yea r with four additional one year options at the option of the Government. The guaranteed minimum for the base year and each option year, if exercised, is $2,000. This acquisition will result in a firm fixed price contract involving Type A, Investigative S ervices; Type B, Design Services; and Type C, Construction Inspection Services. Work is expected to include, but not limited to, Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Geo-Technical, and Environmental. Firms having the capability to de sign projects requiring the disciplines listed are invited to submit SF 254, Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire and SF 255 Architect-Engineer and Related Services for a Specific Project in 3 copies. Firms responding to this announcement within 30 calendar days of this notice will be considered. Selection of the firm will be based on the following criteria in descending order: (1) Professional Qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of the required services; (2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required, including where appropriate, experience in energy conservation, pollution prevention, waste reduction, and the use of recovered materials; (3) Capacity to accomplish the work in the require d time; (4) Past performance on contracts with Government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules; (5) Located within a 50 mile radius of Boise, Idaho and having knowledge of the lo cality of the project; and (6) Acceptability under other appropriate evaluation criteria. This is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 541310, SIC Code is 8712 and the size standard is $4M. This is not a request for proposal. See note 24 .
