Description

NA US ARMY CECOM proposes to procure the development, test and demonstration of ten (10) KaBan Satellite Terminals (KaSAT) on a full and open competitive basis under a Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract. The conduct of operator training classes will be performed o n a fixed price per class basis. Contractor travel expenses to conduct training at various locations, contractor technical support services, refurbishment and upgrade of KaSAT terminals, and contractor studies and analysis tasks, will be performed on Time and Material (T&M) basis. The period of performance is 48 months. The KaBand SATCOM Augmentation Terminal (KaSAT) Development shall meet the requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW) and the Specification No. A3288333. All documents are currently in draft form and will remain so until the solicitation becomes final.
