Description

NA Work is Renovation of Existing One-Story Training Center Building to include Relocation of Some Walls, Painting, Carpeting, New Ceiling Tiles, Upgrade of Restrooms, and New Furniture. Bid Option to this solicitation is as follows: Install New Roof on Exi sting Army Reserve Facility. New Construction consists of Permanent Construction with Reinforced Concrete Foundation, Concrete Floor Slab, Structural Steel Frames, and Exterior Masonry Veneer Walls. Roof will be Standing Seam Metal Roof. Project to Incl ude Mechanical and Eletrical Systems. Support Facilities to include POV Parking, Site Prep, Site Improvements and Utilities. Force Protection Measures will be included. The Estimated Cost Range for this project is $5,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00. Solic itation documents will be available on or about 13 May 2002 and Bid Opening Date is 12 June 2002 at 2:00 PM Louisville Local Time. This project is available on compact disk and web only. Project specification files are Portable Document Format (PDF) file s and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. The drawing files are in CAL format and can be viewed, navigated or printed using Source View Reader. Both readers are contained in the solicitation package.
