Description

NA The Army Signal Command has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services for Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona. The proposed contract is for one base year and four option years. The local exchange service provider certified by th e State of Arizona shall provide local commercial communications service for Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona. Local communications service shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, local access for commercial business lines, ISDN BRI, data point-to-poin t circuits, directory number and number portability. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. Sources responding to this synopsis must indicate, in writing, whether they are large, small, disadvantaged and/or a women-owned b usiness. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under SIC 4813 with size standard of 1500 employees and under NAICS 51331 and 51333. This requirement shall be a commercial, fixed price type contract. The solicitation will be released on or about April 22, 2002. The solicitation is only available electronically and may be viewed and downloaded from the Interagency Interactive Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) located at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil.
