Description

The original synopsis was published on 28 March 02. The SOW for this requirement contains critical technology and will only be available to businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense (DOD) and have a valid need to know. All businesses requiring a copy of the SOW must provide a certified copy of DD Form 2345. The certified DD 2345 will be used to verify that the business is eligible to receive the SOW. FAX your certified DD 2345 to Bryan Gregory 760-939-4241. Delays in providing the certified DD2345 will not justify extending the proposal due date. See numbered note 8.
