Description: Tractor trailer service from Bear Creek Corp (Hebron), OH to the Cincinnati BMC, OH Term 15-Jun-02 through 31-Mar-06. Vehicle requirements - 5 Two Axle Tractors (Single drive); 5 48 foot tandem axle trailers. Roll-up rear doors, load restraint system (2 metal E-type shorring bars and 8 ratchet type restraining straps). This is an as needed contract. Potential for an estimated 130 trips per year based on 10 trips per AP usually Mon. - Fri. between 0700 and 1700. Insurance requirements - $750,000.00 combined single limits. Wage Requirements - $16.99 per hour + $2.67 health and welfare.
