Description

NA PRON: AX2F0156AX, NSN: 1680-01-318-5729, PN: 70550-02032, Quantity 279 each min./ 1479 each max., this will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement, applicable to the BLACKHAWK. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cumberl annd, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 15 270 DACA and 15 each per month therafter, first article test report due 168 DACA. Required delivery without first article test is 15 each 180 DACA and 15 each month therafter until completion. This item is restricted to Smiths Industries Aerospace & Defense Systems Inc., Leland Electrosystems, 740 East National Road, Vandalia, OH 45377-3000, Honeywell International Inc., Engines & Systems, 11100 N Oracle Road, Tucson, AZ 85737-9588 and Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06615-9129. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Firms that recognize and can produce t he required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. Ad equate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and ha s been restricted for release outside the United States. This informantion cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
