- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (SOURCES SOUGHT)ONLY. THE U.S. COAST GUARD (USCG) IS SEARCHING FOR SOURCES TO CAN PROVIDE QUALIFIED PERSONNEL FOR PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT TO THE USCG FOREIGN MILITARY SALES PROGRAM. The Coast Guard is looking for contractor support to assist with continuous program management support to the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program. The USCG is looking for contractors that have personnel with administrative and technical knowledge of the FMS Program. These personnel must have professional experience within the United States Security Assistance, Foreign Military Sales programs. These personnel must also be familiar with international programs such as Security Assistance, the regulations concerning the sales of military articles and services to foreign governments, and the standard DOD and CG financial management systems, to include Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS); Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL); Defense Integrated Financial System (DIFS); and Student Training and Tracking Information System (STATIS). It is also preferred that the personnel be familiar with the Microsoft Office Standard suite of software applications and be familiar with the USCG International Affairs program. The personnel will be required to travel on occasion. At a minimum, applicable information should include contractor name, address, profile (type of business, government contracts including GSA, etc), phone number, email, fax number, and demonstrated ability to meet the requirements included herein. If interested parties have personnel who can meet the level of expertise required, resumes and expected hourly rates should be submitted to demonstrate capability. Additional information is welcome. INFORMATION IS REQUESTED ON/OR BEFORE 3 MAY 2002.
