- US GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 58,916 rentable sq.ft. yielding 51,232 ANSI/BOMA Office Area sq.ft. of fully serviced office (to be provided as part of the rental consideration) and related space in RALEIGH, NC. This space is required no later than JULY 1, 2003. The lease term is ten (10) years with the Government having cancellation rights after five (5) years. Space must be located within the following geographic boundaries: FIRST CONSIDERATION shall be given to the CBA which is described as an area bounded on the NORTH by Peace St.; on the EAST by Blount St., south to Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd; on the SOUTH by Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd, west to the railroad tracks; and on the WEST by the railroad tracks north to Hargett St. west to Boylan Ave. north to Peace St. If suitable space is not available in the CBA, we will consider space offered in a delineated area bounded on the NORTH by Millbrook Rd; on the EAST by Atlantic Ave; on the SOUTH by I-440 Beltline; and on the WEST by Leadmine Rd. Unique Requirements Overview: Offers must be for a contiguous space in a quality building of sound, substantial Class ?A? type construction and location shall embody a corporate professional image. Industrial/warehouse sites or sites adjacent to railroads are not acceptable. Overall dimensions of the space shall offer an efficient office layout. Columns must be at least 20 feet from any interior wall and from each other and be no more than 2 feet square. Responses due by May 3, 2002.
