- SHOE, DECK, BOATCREW, MEN'S QUANTITY: MINIMUM: 12 PR; MAXIMUM 900 PR. WOMEN'S QUANTITY: MINIMUM: 6 PR; MAXIMUM 100 PR;. ITEMS TO BE MANUFACTURED IN ACCORDANCE WITH COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION CG-CTRDO-001 DATED 8 SEPTEMBER 1993. DESTINATION: CAPE MAY, NJ. DELIVERIES TO BE MADE 45 DAYS AFTER ISSUE OF DELIVERY ORDER. ALL MATERIALS WILL BE CONTRACTOR FURNISHED. PROCUREMENT WILL BE ISSUED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS AND WILL BE EVALUATED UNDER BEST VALUE PROCEDURES: PRODUCT DEMONSTRATION MODELS (PDMS) AND EXPERIENCE/PAST PERFORMANCE MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH YOUR OFFER. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(a)(7) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation or solicitation amendments. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home after April 23, 2002. From the Gateway homepage, select "Search RFQs" from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFQ you wish to view. Amendments of this solicitation WILL NOT be available via the Gateway. In order to receive notification of amendments to this solicitation you must E-MAIL the Contract Specialist, listed below under Point of Contact, with the name and address of prospective offeror, phone and fax number and a point of contact. Please reference solicitation number in all e-mail correspondence. An unsuccessful offer may result if prospective offeror FAILS to e-mail the C&T FSCs and NSNs to receive notification of the RFQs. The Gateway will send all registered users an e-mail notification of RFQ solicitations based on your FSC and NSN profile. The FSC and NSN notifications will also contain a link that can connect users directly to a digital copy of the solicitation on the Internet.
