Description: HUD intends to negotiate a sole source modification to contract C-OPC-21999 with ACS Government Service Corp. This modification will add additional services and options to close out the HUD 312 loan portfolio administered by ACS prior to being sold in the summer of 2001. ACS Government Service, One Curie Court, Rockville, MD 20850 is the only known firm possessing the knowledge of the loans they serviced required to augment and close out the files, answer inquiries and resolve issues that cannot be handled by HUD or the new loan owners.
