Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, Various Hazardous Protection Equipment, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation, F62509-02-Q-D003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (See attached). This requirement is unrestricted. The following provisions are incorporated by reference and will be removed from the resultant award: FAR 52.211-6, 52.212-1, and 52.212-3. Addenda to FAR 52.212-1: FAR 52.212-1 is tailored as follows: FAR 52.212-1, Paragraph (H) Multiple Award. The paragraph is changed to read as follows: ?(H) Single Award. Single award will be made by the government under this solicitation. Award shall be made for Contract Line Item.? The following clauses are applicable to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.247-38, 52.252-2, 52.252-6, and 252.204-7004. Offerors are asked to complete the attached RFQ and return via fax or email. Responses to the subject solicitation are due by 10 May 02, 1630 JST. POC: Wesley D.
