NA 17.: DAAH23-02-R-0142, Quantity: Min/Max=49/249ea; YR1=49 each, YR2=15-50 each, YR3=15-50 each, YR4=15-50 each, YR5=15-50 each applicable to the UH-60 BlackHawk Helicopter. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to Texakana TX75507-5000. This is a Small Busine ss Set-Aside and is limited to those small businesses which are approved: Cage 5K840 AREX Manufacturing, 54878 Rotair Industries, INC., 15152 The Purdy Corporation and 4T654 Eagle Precision INC.. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 09 each,360 Days After Contract Award DACA and 09 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 228 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 09 each per month, 240 Days DACA, thereafter until contract comple tion. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity?s procedures, as approvad by the cognizant Gov ernment engineering activity. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign r equests for this solicitation will not be honored. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CSL or SAR information. This Acquisition con tains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
