Description: NA Furnish all Labor, Materials, and Equipment necessary to perform Grounds Maintenance and Cleaning Services for Markland Locks and Dam and Markland Public Access Sites, 2760 US 42 W, Warsaw, KY 41095, Ohio River. Period of performance will be from date of award thru 31 December 2002. This Request for Quote (RFQ) contains an option clause to extend the contract for four (4) one-year periods; 01 January 2003 thru 31 December 2003, 01 January 2004 thru 31 December 2004, 01 January 2005 thru 31 December 2005, a nd 01 January 2006 thru 31 December 2006. Award of this RFQ will be base upon Best Value to the Government. Factors to be considered are Past Performance, Experience (Business Experience and Personnel Qualifications), and Price. This RFQ has an approximat e issue date of 26 April 2002 and an approximate due date of 14 May 2002, 4:30 PM Local Time. No late packages will be accepted. SIC Code 7349, NAICS Code 56172. This procurement is 100% set-aside for VERY Small Business only, this means your company?s m ain office MUST be located in Kentucky, AND have no more than 15 employees, AND no more than $1 Million per year in net receipts.
