- NA Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division plans to enter into a Basic Ordering Agreement with Raytheon Technical Services Company, 6125 E. 21st Street, Indianapolis IN for a not-to-exceed amount of $50,000,000. The BOA will cover a three-year period with two one-year options and include line items for engineering and logistics support services, new procurement orders for fleet spares and depot lay-ins, and the repair or upgrade of Weapons Replaceable Assemblies (WRA?s), Shop Repairable Assemblies (SRA?s), and Sub-Shop Replaceable Assemblies (SSRA?s) installed on the EP-3E aircraft. Procurements under the BOA will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The basis for restricting competition is the proprietary information of Raytheon Technical Services Company and the duplica tive cost to the Government to utilize another source to satisfy the Government?s requirements. This synopsis will satisfy the BOA requirement to issue a synopsis for job orders on a semi-annual basis.
