- Item 0001: Shirt, Woman's, L/S, CG, Blue 1550. Item 0002: Shirt, Woman's, S/S, CG, Blue 1550. Item 0001 NSN's: 8410-01-453-2969 Item 0002 NSN's: 8410-01-453-2968 Specification CR/PD-00-01-A dated January 9, 2001, pattern date October 27, 2000, applies to both shirts. This will be an unrestricted acquisition. This will be an indefinite delivery type contract for a quantity of 3,280/Min and 20,240 ea/Max for item 0001 and a quantity of 10,960/Min and 26,200 ea/Max for item 0002. Production lead time is 150 days after award. First Articles, 50 ea, will be required 75 days after award. Evaluation factors for award are the following: 1. PDM's 2. Experience/Past Performance 3. Mfg. Plan 4. Socio-Economic Plan 5. DLA Mentoring 6. JWOD. There will be four (4) one year term option years. If a pattern/specification is needed, a formal request must be made in writing.
