Description

The Prescott National Forest has a requirement for work at Beasley Flat located 8.75 miles south of Camp Verde, Arizona on county road 163 then east 2.5 miles on forest road 334. The project consists of site preparation and construction of approximately 210 linear feet of concrete retaining wall 2 to 3 feet high, and approximately 1370 square feet of concrete slab, with 12 square yards of gabions. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, and transportation necessary to perform the work in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained in RFQ R3-WZ-02-53 and any resultant contract. The project will be advertised as a written quotation using best value to determine award. The project will be procured on an unrestricted basis. Solicitation will be available on or about May 8, 2002 with responses due on June 3, 2002. It is anticipated award will occur before June 20, 2002. The project has 100 days of contract time. An Alternate Payment Protection (payment bond) will be required upon award. NAICS code is 234990. The estimated price rante is $25,000 to $100,000.
