Description
NA The Defense Contracting Command-Washington is conducting market research for the Defense Security Service (DSS) Office of Diversity Management (EEO Office). The requirement is two-part: 1) development of the EEO instructional lesson plans for the topics identified below; 2) delivery of the lesson plans in an interactive multi-media, web-based format. The Office of Diversity Management's mission is to develop and implement all Diversity Management (DM) and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programs within the Defense Security Service. The EEO Office provides advice, guidance, technical assistance, and training to supervisors, managers and employees to ensure that DSS maintains a working environment that is free from illegal discrimination and promotes equ al opportunity for all people in accordance with federal regulations. This requirement consists of training supervisors and managers in the areas of DM and EEO in order to develop and maintain a productive work place and an agency with significantly less informal and formal EEO complaints. To meet this goal, the EEO Office requires instructional systems design (ISD) expertise and the application of learning technologies for the development of one (1) interactive course encompassing four (4) modules. The training will consist of 5 hours of interactive multimedia instruction (IMI) for the following four modules: 1) Understanding and Managing Diversity; 2) The Federal EEO process/Legal Issues; 3) Providing Reasonable Accommodations to Persons with Disabilities; 4) The Alternative Dispute Resolution Process. Offeror's are invited to provide written response outlining your capabilities in satisfying the DSS requirement. In addition, please provi de a list of web-based training that your company has produced and a sample of a web-based training produced by your company.
