NA NSN: 1680-01-158-9662, Pron: AX149380AX solicitation No.: DAAH23-02-R-0228, Quantity: Min/Max=1200/5200; YR1-1200 each, YRs2-5=1000 each applicable to the UH-60 Airframe/Power Train Unit. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to Texarkana TX 75507-5000 and Ne w Cumberland PA. 17070-5001.The above NSN is a Flight Safety Part. This is a Small Business Set-Aside and is limited to those small businesses which are approved: Cage (8L513) Air Industries Machining Corp. and(65780) TEK Precision Co. LTD. and (1K556) AL ORO Machine Tool & Die CO. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 100 each, 350 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 100 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 228 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 100 each per month, 280 Days DACA, thereafter until contract completion. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity?s procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. By U.S. Law, participa tion in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
