- NA Provide all services and supplies to operate and maintain on a 24-hour basis an existing wastewater treatment plant on the Bunker Hill Superfund Site in Kellogg, Idaho. The plant treats a mixture of acid mine drainage and site storm water runoff, with ave rage daily flow of two million gallons. Proposed procurement will result in a firm fixed price indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a base and two one-year option periods. The anticipated Base year period is August 1, 2002 th rough July 31, 2003. If awarded, subsequent option periods will have consecutive performance periods of August 1 through July 31 of each follow on year. Work includes treatment of wastewater, corrective and preventive maintenance, repair, operation and t reatment of facilities, report preparation, laboratory analyses and other general wastewater treatment plant services. This solicitation will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on the Seattle District US Army Corps of Engineers Contracting Web page in electronic format only. No disks will be mailed. Firms must register via the Internet at the following address http://www.nws.usace.army.mil/ct in order to receive notification about amendments. Registered firms will be notified via electronic mail w hen the Request for Proposal is available for download. Please ensure that your electronic mail address is correct in order to receive prompt notifications. The posting of the Request for Proposal will be on or about May 23, 2002 and the estimated award date is July 20, 2002. To be eligible for contract award a firm must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR Internet site at http://www.ccr.gov or by contacting the DoD Electronic Commerce Information Center at 1-888-227-2423. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code has been replaced by the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code. The NAICS code for this project is 562211, which is matched to SIC code 4953. This requirement is u nrestricted and open to both small and large businesses. If you are a Large Business and your proposal will equal or exceed $500,000, you will be required to submit a Subcontracting Plan.
