Description: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing intends to procure bi-annual cleaning and servicing of the BEP in-door firing range described as the Lay Back Gran-Trap, bullet trap, model number LE7500 with Best Technology Systems, Inc. The procurement will be for one base period with four option years and options for gum rubber installation. This procurement action is for services in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. See numbered note 22. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106-3 shall be used.
