Description: The General Services Administration (GSA) is currently in the process of seeking Contractor services to provide ongoing real estate support to assist in the development of the Old Post Office (OPO). The firms listed below are being solicited for these services. GSA plans to develop the OPO under Section 111 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966. This legislation enables GSA to enter into long-term ground leases of properties on the National Register if it is determined that the property is not needed for any current or projected agency purpose. The selected Contractor must utilize the most current, creative, and innovative thinking in order to ensure that GSA receives the benefit of best practices of the private sector while remaining firmly within the guidelines of all applicable laws and regulations. The purpose of this advertisement is to find sources that may provide unique capabilities and encourage them to contact the below listed firms for potential subcontracting opportunities.
