- Description: See numbered notes 1, 9, and 26. NSN 1005-01-424-5899 ? Spring, Assembly, Extractor. Being bought in accordance with Army (19200) drawing 12972692 and all related data. First Article Test is applicable. Requested delivery is 90 days plus time for First Article Tests. Parts are to be shipped to various stock locations within CONUS. The FOB is destination. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp on its issue date 05/10/02. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years.
