Description: The USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided to construct a 2,800 SF (+/-) greenhouse addition. Work includes removal of existing paving, altering an existing greenhouse glazing wall, site regrading, paving, underground piping, concrete placement, packaged greenhouse erection, HVAC system installation, associated mechanical, plumbing, lighting, electrical, and building automated controls work to create a new greenhouse. The estimated cost of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. The project must be completed within 120 days after receuipt of notice to proceed.
