Description

NA The Defense Contracting Command-Washington on behalf of the Office of the Chief, Army Reserve (OCAR) intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to the Hilton, Alexandria Mark Center, Alexandria, VA for meeting room space. The conferences will require a large theatre style auditorium, large conference rooms, and smaller breakout rooms, printing services, light refreshments and audio-visual equipment. The room space is required to accommodate 360 attendees for a two-day period. This notice is for inform ation purposes only. No solicitation will be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Award is anticipated o/a 9 May 2002.
