- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation #D AHA23-02-T-0085 may be viewed in its entirety at www.uspfo-mo.org. Quotations are being requested. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are current through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-06. This request is being solicited as a 100% set aside for 8(a) firms under NAICS Code 443120. The Missouri National Guard desires a firm-fixed price contract for the following items: Compaq Proliant DL 360 G2 Server: P III 1.4 Ghz, 512 KB/256MB Level 2 Cache, P/N 233271-001; 256 MB PC 133 MHZ Registered ECC SDRAM Memory Option Kit, P/N 201692-B21; 2 EA per Server 36.4 GB Ultra 3 SCSI, 10,000 rpm Hot-Plug Hard Drive, P/N 176496-B22; and Integrated Lights-Out Advanced Pack, P/N 263825-B21. The server is for a quantity of 17 each. Plus the f ollowing items: Compaq, rack 22U standard pallet. Rack that is 22U high and holds server, UPS, Router, Switch, Keyboard, Mouse, and Monitor, P/N 245163-B21, Qty 17 Each. Compaq Keyboard Drawer (IU) which holds keyboard and mouse on sliding drawer in rac k, P/N 338056-B21, Qty 17 each. Compaq, 2 U rack-mountable UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) 1500 VA/1340 Watts, P/N 204404-001, Qty 17 Each. Keyboard with mouse; that is, keyboard for racks with track ball and hot keys for KVM, P/N 158649-001, Qty 17. Server and all components shall be installed and tested prior to shipment. Submit with your quotation the standard manufacturer?s warranty. No partial awards will be made; quotations will be evaluated for all line items. Please refer to above web si te for applicable FAR and DFAR clauses and regulations. The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions, if determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. Should discussions be deemed necessary because of quotation deficiency or other is sues, they will be conducted either orally or in writing, only with those offerors determined to be in the competitive range. Criteria for evaluation of award is listed in FAR Clause 52.212-2, and may be viewed at above web site. Equipment will be deliv ered to Jefferson City, MO 65101. Please provide a breakdown of cost per line item for a total firm fixed price. Quotations are due on Friday, May 24, 2002, at 10:00 A.M. (CDT). Mailed, faxed or e-mailed quotations will be accepted.
