- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals a re being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The request for proposal document number is DAHA23-02-R-0006 and incorporated provisions and clauses are current through FAC 02-01. This solicitation is a small business set-aside under NA ICS 335999. The contractor is to provide Liquid Level Switch, Spectron Glass and Electronics, Inc. Part Number: CG 467-A-001 or equal, to meet the requirements of the awarded Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Base year plus 2 Option years c ontract. The firm-fixed price IDIQ Contract will have a minimum $140,000.00 and a maximum $3000,000.00 value The vendor may choose to offer products of alternate manufacturers. Inspection, acceptance and shipping are to be FOB Destination, Sprin gfield, MO. Commercial Items, 52.204-6 Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS), 52.212-4; Contract Terms and Conditions?Commercial Items, 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statures or Executive Orders?Commer cial Items (a)(b)(11)(12)(13)(14)(15)(16)(25)(d)(e), 52.219-6; Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside, 52.216-18; 52.216-22. Indefinite Quantity; 52.217-5, Evaluation of Options. The following DFAR Clauses are applicable: 252.212-7001 Contract Terms a nd Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items; (a) 252.225-7001 and (b). The evaluation factors in order of importance are as follows: Technical capability of item offered to meet t he Government?s requirements, vendor?s past performance to meet delivery and price. Each offer should include the following: Item indicating manufacturer, part number, price, and delivery. Submit at least three references to include; name, address and t elephone number. Awardee must accept EFT payment and provide account information. A completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3; Offerors Representations and Certifications must accompany your proposal. The contractor will be notified within 60 days of the Government?s intent to exercise an option and will receive a modification to extend the option. Due date for submission is 4:00 p.m. CST 6 May 2002.
