NA NSN: 3040-01-158-9660, PN: 70400-8155A-053, Pron: AX2F0197X, and Pron: AX1F0480AX, Sol: DAAH23-02-R-0361, Quantity: 335 each, for Pron: AX2F0197AX, and 144 each for Pron: AX1F0480AX, applicable to the UH-60. F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. This is a Engineered Tested, Flight Safety Part. This procurement is a small business set-aside for approved sources: Alro Machine Tool And Die Co., 593 W. Hoffman Ave., Lindenhurst, N.Y. 11757-4032, TEK Precision Company, 205 W. Industry Court, P.O . Box 9020, Deer Park, NY 11729-9020, Air Industries Machining Corporation, 1479 Clinton Avenue, Bay Shore, NY 11706-4051. Required delivery with First Article Test is 144 each, 405 days after contract award. Required delivery schedule without FAT is 144 each, 270 days after contract. FAT Test due 258 days after contract. The closing date annotated is an estimate date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to to the date in Blo ck 10. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are enco uraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by submitting a source approval request (SAR) package to AMCOM-AR-EI-FS/Patti McCann, 256-313-4907, Building 5681, Redstone Arsenal, AL. 35898-5000. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This Acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States.
