- NA Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army ? Soldier System Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase ord er on a sole source basis with CONAIR, One Conair Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15202. This effort is to provide the Government with a CONAIR System 100 Convey System, a System 200 Central Drying System and a System 300 Central Blending System as well as installat ion. These items are available only from CONAIR, the original manufacture of the equipment currently in use, and these systems are needed to maintain and continue research, development and production of the unique materials required by the Bureau of Engrav ing and Printing (BEP).
