Description

NA The work under this procurement consists of the contractor providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision to renovate the 3rd Floor Clinic Wing (Common Area) at Moncreif Army Community Hospital. Demolition/removal items in area, patch and paint all rooms, including door frames, install new chair rail. Wallpaper all corridors, waiting areas, and nurse's station. This is 100% Small Business Set-Aside project, successful offeror MUST BE registered in the Contractor Central Registe ration (CCR) database; registration can be accomplished by accessing website: http://www.ccr2000.com. The magnitude for this project is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00, the NAICS code for this procurement is 233320 - $28.5M. The government anticipates the awa rd of a firm fixed-priced contract. Firms responding to this solicitation must show a range of experience consistence with this description. The solicitation will be made available on or about 16 May 2002; all requests must be on company letterhead and m ay be faxed to 706-787-6573. Proposals CAN NOT be faxed and must reach the contracting officer by the closing date shown on the solicitation. Offerors must totally complete the representations and certification section in the solicitation in order to be considered responsive.
