- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-00-G-0288 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation for the development, fabrication, and installation of a Communication Suite Upgrade installation kit for the VH-3D and VH-60N Executive Aircraft. Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is the sole manufacturer and supplier of the VH-3D and VH-60N aircraft and is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to perform this effort in a timely and cost effective manner. White House security requirements dictate that Sikorsky is the only available source. See Note 22.
