- The Coastal Systems Station, Dahlgren Division, NSWC, Panama City, FL 32407-7001 intends to negotiate a sole source order with Lawrence Factor Inc, 4740 NW 157th St, Miami Lakes FL for 50 coalescor filters. These items are integral parts of a breathing air charging system and Lawrence Factor is the only certified supplier of these Life Support System parts.
