- FSC: 1020 NAICS: 332999 The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Louisville Detachment intends to procure three (3) 75 Inch Flight Length Hoist Drive Assemblies. Each assembly consists of approximately 160 items including machine shop items with extremely close tolerances, gear racks, spur gears, large aluminum casting (40" L X 24" W), pipe assemblies and various fasteners. Approximate size is 4' X 3' X 2'. Approximate weight is 640 lbs per assembly. Each assembly must be hydrostatic and functionally tested. No government furnished material/equipment will be provided. First Article unit is required within 400 DAC. Production quantity is required within 540 DAC. Delivery is required to NSWC, Port Hueneme Division, Louisville Detachment, Louisville, Kentucky. Anticipated issue date is May 13, 2002. Anticipated closing date is 2:00 p.m. June 12, 2002. Draw ing packages will be available in CD Format only.
