Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER. The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) intends to award a purchase order to Media Consultants Systems Integrators (MCSI) on a sole source basis for the purchase of audio-video equipment for three Raid Houses at the Brunswick, GA facility. The equipment to be purchased is (a) AV Switcher, Sigma Model SLX161AV, 3 each; (b) 8-outlet power strip, ETA Model PD8, 3 each; (c) Microphone, Crown Model PZM-11L, 27 each; (d) mic power supply/attenuator, 9-channel, model CMS-PAD, 3 each; (e) 40-space equipment rack, MAP Model ERK-4025, 3 each; (f) 84" wide desk w/two 4-space rack bays, MAP model ELURG, 3 each; (g) shelf, MAP Model U2, 27 each; (h) 8-outlet power strip, model UL218BC, 3 each; (i) 3 ?" rack blanks, MAP model FEB2, 6 each; (j) power supply, ADI/Hightronics Model ALTV2416-350, 3 each; (k) 6-outlet surge protector, TecNec Model OS-8, 6 each; (l) RG59U cable, Beldon model 8241, 6000 feet; (m) 18-guage, 2-cond power cable, Beldon model 9409, 3000 feet; (n) 5-cond cable, 2-pair w/shield, Beldon model 8723, 3000 feet; (o) 22-gauge, 1-pair w/shielded cable, Beldon Model 9451, 900 feet; (p) RCA plug for Beldon 8723 audio cable, RCA model RCA-1, 192 each; (q) BNC connector for Beldon 8241 video cable, Kings model 2065-7-9, 600 each; (r) cable ties, short, 200 per pkg, Panduit model PTL3SMO, 3 packages; (s) cable ties, long, 200 per pkg, Panduit model PTL4SMO, 3 packages. Order will include installation of the above equipment as well as the installation of Government Provided equipment as follows: (a) B/W unitized dome camera, Panasonic model WV-CS854, 24 each; (b) color camera, Panasonic model WV-CP464, 27 each; (c) 2.1MM lens, Panasonic model WV-LA210C3, 27 each; (d) Universal Camera Mount, Panasonic model PUM8, 27 each; (e) S-VHS digital time lapse VCR, Panasonic model AG-DTL1, 27 each; (e) VCR, Panasonic Model AG-1330, 3 each; (f) 16-channel duplex multiplexer, Panasonic model WJ-FS616, 3 each; (g) control card kit for FS616, Panasonic model WV-PB6164, 3 each; (h) controller for FS616, Panasonic WV-CU350, 3 each; (i) 14" color monitor, Panasonic model WV-CK1420A, 3 each; (j) 27" color monitor, Panasonic model CT-2786Y, 6 each; (k) outdoor dome housing, Panasonic model POD7CW, 6 each. This is a commercial item acquisition using simplified acquisition (FAR Part 13) procedures. No solicitation will be issued. Award will be made on or after May 6, 2002.
