Description

The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Johns Hopkins University (JHU) for leadership training classes. JHU will provide 16 Leadership Training Program (LTP) courses to the United States Secret Service (USSS), James J. Rowley Training Center (JJRTC). JHU to provide required Federal law enforcement agency experience and knowledge of the operational methods within the Secret Service. JHU has an approved security system to safeguard all Secret Service sensitive training information housed at the James J. Rowley Training Center. There is no solicitation regarding this sole source synopsis. Only written responses received by 2 p.m. EDST, April 29, 2002 will be accepted. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in response to this notice. See note 22 (Sole Source Award). Note 22 modified to read 3 days in lieu of 30 days.
