Description
This is a market survey for written information only from American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) commercial and non-profit entities as defined under 25 U.S.C. 450 e7(b) of the Indian Self Determination and Education Assistance Act. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and/or any follow-up information requests. No telephone calls requesting a solicitation will be accepted or acknowledged. There is no solicitation available at this time, nor is there any additional information available to support this announcement. Responses shall not exceed 40 pages and standard company brochures are not desired. Based on the results of this survey, any resulting solicitation and/or potential contract award may be set-aside for AI/AN commercial and/or non-profit entities in accordance with the referenced statute. The NAICS code is 541611. EPA is in the process of proposing a rule for the participation of DBEs in procurements funded through EPA assistance agreements. The contractor would assist EPA staff in the conduct of these public hearings that will be held to obtain input on the proposed rule from American Indians/Alaska Natives and AI/AN commercial and non-profit entities.
