- Description
- Solicitation 6FEC-E6-970173-R7 will be issued April 25, 2002. It is a refresh of the Hardware Superstore solicitation 6FEC-E6-970173-R6 which was issued February 28, 2002. This solicitation includes substantial changes to clauses and the SF1449, Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items, as a result of regulatory requirements. Resultant Contracts are awarded for a base period of 5 years, with 3, 5- year options. This is a unique solicitation that includes Federal Stock Classes 32, 34, 35, 37, 41, 51, 52, 73, 80, 91, and services for grounds beautification and maintenance, preparation and application of chemical compounds, and elevator inspection and maintenance services. The main part of the solicitation is the first document uploaded and must be completed by all offerors. Attachment 1 is CSP-1, Commercial Sales Practices, and must be completed by all offerors. A separate CSP-1 must be completed for each department offered. Attachment 2 is the Subcontracting Plan Format and must be completed by all large business offerors. Attachments 3-11 are the departments and are to be completed only as applicable to the offeror. Attachment 3 is the Hardware Store Department. Attachment 4 is the One Stop Paint Shop Department. Attachment 5 is the Appliances Department. Attachment 6 is the Tools Department. Attachment 7 is the Lawn and Garden Department. Attachment 8 is the Woodworking and Metalworking Department. Attachment 9 is the Services Department. Attachment 10 is the Preparation and Application of Chemical Compounds Department. Attachment 11 is the Beautification Center Department. Enclosure 1 (Criteria for JWOD Hardware Distributors) and Enclosure 2 (Application for authorization to distribute JWOD Hardware) are applicable only to Attachment 3, Hardware Store Department and Attachment 4, One Stop Paint Shop Department.
