Greenbelt, MD 20771 301-286-6687(voice) 301-286-1773(fax) Synopsis: Software Assurance Research NRA SARP 0201 Solicitation release date: April 24, 2002 Proposal due date: June 14, 2002 The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) announces the solicitation of proposals for scientific investigations and activities to address fundamental software engineering problems in the field of software assurance primarily as it relates to software safety, quality, IV&V, testability, and reliability. The primary goal of this research program is to provide NASA with the software engineering practices, methods, and tools needed to produce safe, reliable, mission critical software. The scope of the program extends from basic research to transition of research results into practice in NASA projects. The main focus is on technology transition. This NRA is available electronically via the Internet at the NASA IV&V website at http://www.ivv.nasa.gov/publications/ci/index.shtml A paper copy of the NRA will be available to those who do not have access to Internet by calling 304-367-8229 and leaving a voice mail message.
