Description: The Department of Commerce/NOAA, Eastern Administrative Support Center (EASC), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Rhode Island Division of Fish and Wildlife for follow-on services to develop and implement Rhode Island's Right Whale Conservation Plan. The primary objective of the project is to implement a take reduction plan for right whales in Rhode Island State waters. This action is a simplified acquisition less than $100,000.
