Description: NA This proposed acquisition is for the contractor to provide concurrent engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, logistics and test support for the production and integration of twenty-eight (28) each AN/AGSM-705. The production requirements are to be satis fied through the utilization of excess Government owned equipment, which is to be provided to the contractor as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). Statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this requirement is 10 U.S.C. 230 4(c)(1), as implemented by paragraph 6.302-1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) entitled, Only one responsible source or only a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This propose d acquisition will be a letter contract issued sole source to Dynetics, Incorporated, 1000 Explorer Boulevard, Huntsville, Alabama 35806.
