Description

NA Presolicitation conference and site visit. The presolicitation conference will commence at 1:30 p.m. on 29 April. It will be held in Room 204, 681 Hardee Place, West Point, NY. Directions to West Point and a map of West Point can be found by accessing www .usma.edu and clicking on Visiting West Point. Please be advised you will need a picture identification (e.g. drivers license) and your vehicle may be searched. Directions to 681 Hardee Place: Enter using Thayer Gate, continue straight ahead at stop sign on Thayer Road (road name may change to Cullum Road and then to Washington Road), continue under the overpass, and around the parade field. At the stop sign turn right onto Ruger Road. Follow Ruger Road around the dummy light and up the hill, until you r each Hardee Place on your right. The building is the first one on the right. This building is occupied by the Garrison Commander, Directorate of Contracting, and others. If the parking lot is filled, more spaces are available on other sides of the buildi ng. Please allow enough time to go through security and locate parking. The times for the site visit are: 30 April from 5:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 1 May from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Casual attire and walking footwear for the site visit is advised.
