Description: NA The Army Atlanta Contracting Center (AACC), Fort McPherson, Georgia is soliciting offers for a contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision to perform a Job Order Contract (JOC). The JOC services are for Fort Polk, LA to include medical facilities, family housing, Toledo Bend Recreation site and Pearson Ridge, controlled areas, and Intermediate Staging Base located at England Industrial Air Park, Alexandria, LA. The Job Order Contract (JOC) is a multi-discipli ned, contract which is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract. The JOC is primarily used for repair and maintenance of minor construction type projects. The JOC is a comprehensive collection of detailed projects using pre-established unit prices from the R.S. Means Facilities Cost Data Manual. This JOC contract is for a one year base with the potential of four option years to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Any one Delivery Order under this contract will not exceed $750,0 00.00 and the minimum dollar amount for any Delivery Order is $2,000.00. The acquisition of this contract will be procured using the ?Best Value? process. The magnitude of the contract is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00 for all years combined. So licitation will be released on or about Monday June 6, 2002 with proposals due on or about Tuesday July 16, 2002. These dates are approximate only. Solicitation and subsequent amendments will be issued through the Internet.
