Description: Presolicitation Notice N00019-02-P7-ZD113, posted on March 15, 2002 is amended to revise the first sentence of the description to read: "The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award Firm Fixed Price contracts to McDonnell Douglas Corp. (MDC), a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Boeing Company for the procurement of up to two hundred ninety four (294) Standoff Land Attack Missile-Expanded Response (SLAM-ER) All-Up-Rounds (AUR) missiles in tactical, exercise and training configurations, as well as related equipment, services and documentation over the next three years."
