- Description
- This acquisition is for the procurement of 306 each Tube Assembly Metal (PN: 4073907-01, NSN: 4710-01-245-5054NZ) applicable to the F100PW220/220E. The size and dimensions: Tube outside diameter: 0.300 inch min & 0.315 inch max; wall thickness: 0.025 inch min & 0.031 inch max; End connection style: B42 Flared, B62 Unthreaded External. Form Fit and Function: Augmentor spray ring drain tube. Predominant materials of manufacture: Nickel Alloy. Required delivery: 306 each, 31 Dec 2002 or sooner. The items will be ship to FB2039, Tinker AFB OK. First Article testing required. Technical data package is not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The Government is not required to delay award to review pending Source Approval Requests (SAR's). Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SAR's as soon as possible. If the government has not completed review of a SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR will be retained and the source will be reviewed for possible source approval for future awards. Instructions for obtaining further information and qualification requirements can be obtained from Source Development Office (405) 739-7243 or (405) 739-7244. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about 10 May 02 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) web site at www.eps.gov. The currently approved sources are Kreisler Industrial Corporation, Cage 05813, EA Patton, Cage 05819, Lewis & Saunders Inc, Cage 21890, Tube Bends Inc, Cage 33830, Pratt & Whitney, Cage 52661, and Tube Processing, Cage 96593. Paper copies of Solicitation will not be available. Prospective contractors must register on the FedBizOpps site in order to receive notification. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database http://www.ccr.dlsc.dla.mil) in order to be eligible for award. Notes 23 and 26 apply.
