NA The Government intends to issue a solicitation/award for HOTEL LODGING SERVICES IN FT. WAINWRIGHT, ALASKA AREA as follows: Item 0001: Quantity: 1 Room (1st Floor or Elevator Accessible). Duration: 9/1/02 through 9/12/02; Item 0002: Quantity: 1 Room ( Non-Smoking). Duration: 9/1/02 through 9/16/02; Item 0003: Quantity: 6 Rooms. Duration: 9/1/02 through 10/19/02; Item 0004: Quantity: 1 Room. Duration: 9/2/02 through 10/18/02; Item 0005: 3 Rooms (1 Non-Smoking). Duration: 9/4/02 through 9/18/02; It em 0006: Quantity: 1 Room (Non-Smoking). Duration: 9/5/02 through 9/24/02; Item 0007: Quantity: 1 Room (Non-Smoking). Duration: 9/8/02 through 9/13/02; Item 0008: Quantity: 1 Room (Non-Smoking) Duration: 9/8/02 through 9/19/02; Item 0009: Quantity: 2 Rooms Duration: 9/15/02 through 9/20/02; Item 0010: Quantity: 4 Rooms(2 Non-Smoking, 1- 1st Floor or Elevator Accessible, 1 Smoking) Duration: 8/26/02 through 10/21/02; Item 0011: Quantity: 1 Room (Smoking) Duration: 8/26/02 through 9/2/02; This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Provisions at FAR 52.212-2, Instructions to Offers-Commercial and FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. Award will be based on the total cost to the Government which include s, room rate, room tax, extended stay facilities such as full kitchens in rooms, on-site laundry/physical fitness facilities. Lodging must be conveniently located within the Ft. Wainwright area. Offerors must be flexible with exact dates as the Governmen t reserves the right to shift lodging dates and/or cancel completely NLT 5 days prior to 01 Sep 02. Payment shall be based on occupancy only. Offerors need to include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifi cations-Commercial Items with this offer (registered in the Central Contractor Registration at www.ccr.gov, DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax ID Number) The statement at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement Statues or Executive Orde rs-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
