Description: The General Services is seeking expressions of interest in the leasing of approximately 65,000 rentable square feet of office space in Manhattan which must yield between 43,500 and 45,500 BOMA usable square feet. Offered properties must be located within the following area: North: 57th Street South: 31st Street East: East River West: Madison Avenue The lease term will be 6 years cancelable by the Government after 4 years of occupancy. Expressions of interest must include the following: Building Name and Address Rentable square feet available per floor Whether it is a direct lease or sublease The floors which have the available space Asking rental rate per rentable square foot Rentable/usable ratio Any building that has underground public parking may possibly not be considered if the public access creates a security concern as determined by the Government. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make an offering of the space.
