- This is the second amendment to a prior notice issued on 20 Dec 01. The following dates are changed: (1) Comments of a non-proprietary nature can be submitted in writing 1600 hours 25 Jan 02 is changed to 1600 hours 15 Feb 02, (2) Responses to the comments will be at the Government's discretion, and will be provided on a website NLT 1 Feb 02 is changed to NLT 22 Feb 02, and (3) the Final RFP will be issued on or about 22 Feb 02 is changed to on or about 1 Mar 02. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (30-JAN-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 25-APR-2002.
